Our friends at Global Aid Network (GAiN), a ministry of Campus Crusade for Christ International, have now joined the Haiti Orphan Relief Team (HORT), a collaboration of ministries, disaster relief experts, and orphan advocacy groups to mobilize and resource Haiti's churches for the reunification, rescue and care of Haiti's displaced and orphaned children.
As the humanitarian aid arm of Campus Crusade for Christ International, the ministry of Global Aid Network (GAiN) spans the globe helping to meet physical needs in areas of poverty and despair and providing hope through evangelistic outreach.
FROM GAiN: With your help, GAiN is coming alongside churches in devastated Haiti to share help and hope through Christ with families in need.
Our teams continue to distribute critical aid and install hundreds of water filters. We are preparing more shipping containers of food, medical supplies, hygiene kits and water filters. Global Aid Network is training more than 1,000 pastors and lay leaders in trauma counseling. Following scriptural principles, they are walking people through the emotional devastation of their loss.
Please pray for our teams who are bringing physical hope and the hope of Christ to the suffering people of Haiti.
